Open an issue to hotel support
Select Service information as Reason
and Now Show as Sub Reason.
Detail your full Booking(s) number(s)
At the Booking Ref. field. If you have more than one booking, separate them with commas.

All the bookings you receive from HBX Group are 100% confirmed by default as we work on a sell-and-report basis.

If you are connected to a Channel Manager or via Integration, you can check your booking on the corresponding platform as it is synchronised in real time. If not, login to our Partner Portal and follow the steps below:

Depending on your contract agreement, you might have different payment methods: via Virtual Credit Card or via bank transfer. Please refer to the Payments section to get the specific instructions. 

If you are not sure about the contract agreement, you can check it by going to the Inventory section, choose any rate you want to check, click on the Export to excel on the corresponding rate, and receive the excel file of the contract agreement of that rate via email.

For further support, please contact your Contract Manager. Click on help tab and select Day to day contact to access to your contract manager contact details.

How to search for a booking

Go to Bookings section
Search for the Confirmation ref. missing
You can find it in the upper right part of the screen.
Fill in the confirmation number for each booking
Click the pencil icon to save the number.

Go to Bookings section
Search by:
- Arrival date
- Status
- Room/Rate

Click on the Booking refence on the list
A new window will pop up showing all the booking information, including VCC details.

Please note that you can only view bookings with a check-out date of up to one year in the past.

Your internal booking reference may be different from ours. To make sure that both, you and your final guest, have the same booking reference, choose the option that better suits to you and follow these easy steps:

Go to Bookings section
Export the Excel template
Fill it in with your confirmations.

Import the Excel
The system will automatically show the corresponding confirmation number on each booking.

You also can email us at reconfirmations@hbxgroup.com informing HBX Group Reference + your internal confirmation number, and we will also process it automatically on your behalf.

Last-minute bookings

Last-minute bookings are increasing! Check your inbox regularly and make sure your email address and contact details are updated so you don't miss any. If you need to update your contact details, you can do it through your User Maintenance page:

Go to Property info section
You can access through the Partner Portal main menu.
Find the Contacts section at the bottom part
Review your contacts
You can create a new contact or edit the existing ones.
