Connecting your Channel Manager
We have developed Channel Manager connection guides for the most used platforms. Here you can check the specific steps for connecting to your preferred provider.
How to connect your Channel Manager:
If you did not receive any email or have problems with it, please send us an email at onboarding@hbxgroup.com or contact your Account Manager to discuss this matter. You can find their contact details in the Contact Section at the bottom of the Partner Portal.
After the registration, you will receive 2 mails containing your Channel Manager credentials:
a) A first email from hotelconnect.connectivity@hbxgroup.com will be sent at the time of your registration. This email will contain your USER ID needed for the connection.
b) A second email from hotel.connect@hbxgroup.com will be sent at the same time for your password setup. Click on the link received and set your password within 72h from its reception.
Provide this information to your Channel Manager platform
