Step 1. Getting started
Register your property here
In less than 48 hours you will receive your credentials to access our partner portal
Cloudbeds confirmation
We will confirm with Cloudbeds that your property is ready for activation. One member of their staff will activate the connection n your behalf.

Contact your Hotelbeds account manager You can check their email in the partner portal > contact section at the bottom of the page.

If you don't have an account at Hotelbeds
If you have an account and your Hotel ID
Once you receive the confirmation from Cloudbeds team, you can continue the process in Step 2.
To change your Channel Manager, you will need to replicate the same steps as you were connecting your Channel Manager for the first time, while also informing the changes in Maxiroom:
Step 2. Mapping of rooms & rates in Cloudbeds
The following steps take place at Cloudbeds webpage.
Enter the Channels page
Select your property/product
You will need to select one of your properties if you have several of them.

Select all Hotelbeds rooms
From the drop-down that correspond to
myallocator rooms (channel manager by Cloudbeds)
Click CONTINUE
Hotelbeds will be displayed in the channels list as Ready for mapping
Click there to proceed.
Add Base Rate Adjustment
If needed, or leave it at zero to skip.

Click continue
Save your changes
Click configure
To choose which rate plans you would like to update.
Set up complete
Click finish to save your changes.
Step 3. Complete the minimum content in Hotelbeds Partner Portal
• Hotel descriptions in English and in your local language
• Hotel facilities and services
• Room facilities and number of pax distribution
• Hotel and Room pictures (min. 12 pictures/ min 800 px wide)
