Setting Up MFA for the First Time

New users will receive an email with a link to set up MFA and create a password. 

This is how it works:

Install an authenticator app (e.g., Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator)
Open the app and scan the QR code provided in the email
Enter the 6-digit OTP from the app to complete setup
From now on, you’ll need this OTP every time you log in

How long does the activation code last?

Your activation code will be valid for 10 minutes since you receive it. Shall your code expired please request a new one by login to the Partner Portal again.

My Partner Portal session expires

Your one-time code lasts for 3 hours after inserting the one-time code (OTC). However, we recommend logging out at the end of your session. After 30 minutes of inactivity, the session expires. 

How many times can I use my code?

The one-time code is only available for logging in once. Each time you log in, a new code sent to you.

Can I have simultaneous sessions opened?

No, one code is allowed per session, and more than one screen cannot be open at the same time . 

My one-time code does not work

Please try logging in again to receive a new one-time code. After trying 3 times, your user might temporarily get blocked due to security reasons. If it still does not work, please reach out to Hotelsupport or to your commercial contact.

Can I forward my one-time code to a colleague?

Due to security reasons, we strongly recommend that you do not do it. A unique email address should be assigned to each user. 

I cannot copy my one-time code

Some companies does not allow this functionality. We suggest you write down the 12 digits and manually type them. 

I have not received my one-time code

In this case, please whitelist 'noreply@hbxgroup.com' and make sure it is not in the spam folder. Should you need further assistance, please reach out to Hotelsupport or to your commercial contact.

How can I whitelist an email address

By adding "noreply@hbxgroup.com " email address to your address book.

Click on "Forgot your password", insert your username or email and follow the instructions. You will receive an email with a reset link. If you cannot access your email, please reach out to Hotelsupport or to your commercial contact.

My Two-factor authentication

We take security seriously. To protect your account and sensitive data, the HBX Partner Portal uses Identity Access Management (IAM) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). This ensures that only authorized users can access the system.

This is how it works:

Go to the HBX Partner Portal login page
Enter your username or email and password
Provide the One-Time Password (OTP):
- Generated by your authenticator app (default method).
- Or sent via 
SMS or phone call (if configured).
