HOW TO GET IN CONTACT US

Before contacting us, please make sure you have read our FAQs carefully. Most of the questions we receive have already been answered in this section. To contact us:

For general queries
Send us a ticket via Hotel Support Form by clicking the help section on the top right side of the menu. Then in the box Send your inquiries to hotel support click on Open an issue and fill in the form.

For getting in contact with us for specific queries
Go to the Help section in the Partner Portal, where you have your available contacts to:

  • General hotel support: For generic inquiries.
  • Finance: For financial issues (payments, invoices, etc.)
  • VCC Card Issues: send us a ticket to Hotel Support through the Partner Portal menu.
  • Day to day contacts
    • Contract Manager assigned: For contractual queries.
    • Yield Manager assigned: For optimizing your business.
