Having an up-to-date hotel profile, including descriptions, pictures, and facilities, is crucial as it directly impacts guests' first impressions and booking decisions

Take note that a minimum of 12 photos are required: 2 lobby pictures, 2 general view pictures, 2 pictures per type of room.

Make sure to meet the minimum content criteria displayed on the top of the page.

Room pictures are vital to give guests a visual understanding of their accommodation, helping them make informed booking decisions.

Go beyond the stay - what else does your hotel have to offer? Ensuring that hotel facilities are up-to-date is essential for maintaining guest satisfaction and delivering an exceptional experience.

Please note that as a minimum requirement, we need to know if your property offers the following services: 24-hour reception, Car Park, Wheelchair accessible and Wi-Fi connection.

Hotel Status
Click on Change Status and update your current status (open/close).

Hotel Description
Click on Edit info and update, ensuring you are meeting the minimum content required.
Location
Click on Edit info and ensure the pin is pointing to the precise correct location.
About Property
Click on Edit info and update it with your details.

Contacts
Click on Edit info to check your contacts. 
Contact your Contract Manager to edit your contacts.
Hotel Issues
Click on Edit info to check on the current status or raise a new incidence.

Click on Upload images to update or upload new pictures from your property.
Go to Property Info section
Scroll to the Rooms section
You will find this button in all your rooms.
Click on View room
Make sure you are selecting the room you want to edit.
Create a Room if needed:
Click on Create a new room.

Scroll to down to Services 
Let your customers know about all the hotel facilities such as entertainment offering, health, catering options, etc.

From this section, you will be able to update and modify any content related to your Hotel General Information. See bellow all the different tabs and how to complete them.

Write clear and engaging descriptions for your hotel and its facilities. Highlight unique selling points, such as location, decor or services. Ensure all details, such as room types, rates and amenities, are up-to-date and accurate to attract guests.

Go to Property Info tab
Scroll down
and go through the different sections to have all your hotel information up-to-date.

Use high-resolution images that showcase your hotel's rooms, amenities and common areas. Include photos of the exterior, bathroom, dining areas and any key features.

To create a new room:
Click on Create new room
You will find this button at the top-left part.
Upload your info
Make sure to upload images, names and capacities of your new rooms.

If you are unable to process changes or create a new room, please contact your Contract Manager in the Help section of the Partner Portal.

How to inform about temporary closure

To avoid losing sales or creating potential issues for your clients, remember to update your status and availability in real-time. If you need to inform us about a temporary closure, please follow the next steps:

Go to Property Info section
Select the new status and dates
Make sure the dates are correct.

Apply your changes
You can also input a maximum of 3  property alternatives where you want to redirect your bookings.

Click on Change Status
Located at the top right part.

How to inform about definitive closure

If you need to inform us about a definitive or permanent closure, please contact your Contract Manager. In case of bankruptcy please indicate this word in the subject or the email.

How to inform change of ownership

Please contact your Contract Manager and provide your new full legal entity details as well as the estimated change-over date and if the new property owner is honouring bookings, rates and potential previous debtor balances as well as other commitments (i.e. Overrides Contract).

How to update my contact details

In case you need to update your contact details, please follow the next steps:

Scroll down to the Contacts area and check your details
